Refunds for Goods

A quick note on digital products: all sales are final. Once a file is delivered, it can’t be refunded or returned—including if a digital product is mistakenly purchased as a physical one. That’s why a generous four-chapter sample is available for every book. Read before you buy, and make sure it’s the right fit.

If something goes wrong on the technical side—a corrupted file, a delivery hiccup, or anything that keeps you from actually reading what you paid for—please reach out. We’re happy to help, and our delivery partner will make sure you receive access to the same book you purchased.
